International Shipping Policies

Karmaloop offers various forms of shipping; Standard and Express. Please note that international rates apply to locations outside the 48 states such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Your Shipping charge and service will vary based on package weight and country of destination.

Please allow 10-14 business days for orders placed with International Standard shipping. Any packages being sent with our standard option will be shipped to DHL’s Hub in Germany to be processed and are then handed off to your local post office or other carrier. Tracking information with Global Mail is limited if you wish to have tracking for your package or need it for a specific timeframe please select express shipping.

Karmaloop will ship Express packages using DHL. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders placed with Express shipping.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package this price is calculated by the retail cost. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

Orders shipping to international PO Boxes will be sent via USPS. No tracking numbers are available because USPS must hand the package off to the local Post Office in the respective countries.

International credit cards may require a specialized procedure that assists us in verifying cardholder identity. By placing an order with Karmaloop.com, you agree to a possible small charge verification. The Small Charge Verification procedure works like this:

All prices shown on the Karmaloop.com website are in U.S. dollars. If you need a conversion to your local currency, please refer to yahoo.finance.com or a similar website. Exchange rates change daily, and Karmaloop.com is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. Please note that your credit card processor may charge you a conversion rate fee.

Canadian Customers

Please allow 10-14 business days for orders placed with Standard shipping. Any packages being sent with our Standard option will be shipped to the destination and then dropped off to your local post office or other carrier. Please allow 48 hours once your order has shipped for tracking information to become available.

Canadian customs sets taxes, duties and brokerage fees on commercial goods shipped to Canada. These fees will be determined at the border. Karmaloop cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. GST (Goods & Services Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) vary based on the province to which your order is shipped and on its value. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin (think NAFTA). Goods that are totally made in the USA will be duty free! But, still subject to GST/PST.
